Andersen is hiring a UX/UI Designer for a UK healthcare project. The role focuses on redesigning a PWA that helps patients prepare for surgery and sign consent forms digitally.
The customer is a company specializing in risk, quality, and compliance software for the healthcare and social care sectors. The company transitioned to the latest version of the ISO 27001 standard, demonstrating their commitment to information security. In 2024, the company launched a campaign to improve care operations through advanced technologies like virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI), optimizing processes and enhancing patient care.
The project is a redesign of a healthcare SaaS platform developed as a progressive web application (PWA) for patients preparing for surgery. The platform delivers critical pre-surgery information such as preparation steps, procedure details, risks, and expected outcomes, and also allows patients to sign consent forms digitally.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to redesign the platform's architecture.
- Redesigning the user experience and interface to align with modern standards and improve usability.
- Designing new modules from scratch, ensuring they are intuitive and user-friendly.
- Working with complex systems, including CRM and document management platforms.
- Designing responsive and adaptive interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects, for 3+ years.
- Proficiency in design tools, with a particular focus on Figma.
- Experience in Healthcare domain.
- Experience in building admin panels, preferably in Healthcare domain.
- Experience conducting user interviews and creating design artifacts.
- Experience designing for complex systems, particularly CRM and document management systems, with a focus on data-heavy UIs such as tables and dashboards.
- Product designer mindset, ability to critically analyze requirements and propose optimal, user-centered design solutions.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
