Andersen is looking for a Project Manager to support a global travel tech company. The role involves managing and improving an online car rental platform, implementing business needs, and ensuring smooth, timely delivery.
The customer is a global travel technology company specializing in online car rental services, partnering with over 800 suppliers in more than 160 countries. It serves millions of customers worldwide, offering competitive prices, multilingual support, and a seamless booking experience. With a diverse international team and a strong focus on innovation, the company continuously enhances its platform to provide reliable, affordable, and convenient solutions for travelers.
The project is the development of an online car booking platform, with the team focused on maintaining and enhancing the existing car rental application while implementing business-driven requirements from stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Managing big agile team (around 20 specialists, almost all of them are from Andersen), which works on 3-4 projects in parallel.
- Leading high-level planning sessions and defining milestones across all projects.
- Coordinating cross-project dependencies and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Aligning team deliverables with client and stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for multiple workstreams.
- Identifying cross-project risks early and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Resolving escalations and blockers that affect multiple streams.
- Driving improvements in delivery efficiency and communication flows.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager for 3,5+ years.
- Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Proven experience managing more than two teams at the same time.
- Exceptional skills in planning, prioritization, and workload management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience in roles such as ADM, Delivery Manager, or Program Manager.
