Summary

Andersen is hiring an IT Support Specialist in Saudi Arabia. The role involves maintaining and optimizing the IT infrastructure of the Riyadh office.

The customer is a global leader in construction equipment with over 65 years of experience, operating in more than 100 countries. It manufactures a wide range of machinery including wheel loaders, excavators, and mining equipment. Known for strong international partnerships and advanced technologies, the company is recognized among the world’s top construction machinery enterprises and continues to innovate in sustainable and intelligent solutions.

The project is focused on strengthening the IT infrastructure of the Riyadh office to ensure smooth operation of systems and devices for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Downloading, installing, configuring, and licensing Microsoft applications.
  • Configuring finance, HR, and operational systems as needed.
  • Resolving IT issues via remote tools and onsite visits.
  • Setting up and troubleshooting internet and phone connections.
  • Configuring and maintaining printers, scanners, and Huawei devices.
  • Installing required programs and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Performing data backup, recovery, and security audits.
  • Implementing antivirus protection and security best practices.
  • Setting up and troubleshooting corporate email accounts.
  • Addressing day-to-day technical issues for office staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support, preferably in both onsite and remote formats, for 3+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and licensing management.
  • Experience with hardware setup and maintenance (printers, scanners, laptops – preferably Huawei devices).
  • Strong understanding of network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, phone lines).
  • Familiarity with data backup/recovery tools and cybersecurity practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve both hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Experience with email configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., Outlook, Exchange).
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+.
