Andersen is hiring a Junior QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript) for a project with a global insurance company in Germany.
Our customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service. The company is dedicated to delivering world-class, agile, and sustainable IT solutions, driving full-spectrum digitalization.
The project aims to address the strong need for a Meta portal that can deliver a unified customer experience for B2B2C interactions. The primary goal is to cater to client needs by leveraging existing assets and providing digital solutions when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Performing both manual and automated testing.
- Writing automated tests in JavaScript using Playwright.
- Creating and executing Test Suits and Test Cases.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs and errors in the product.
- Testing the product across different platforms, devices, and browsers.
- Creating and maintaining clear test documentation.
Requirements
- Experience as a QA Engineer for 6+ months.
- Experience as a QA Automation Engineer (JavaScript) for 6+ months.
- Experience with Playwright.
- API testing knowledge and experience.
- Experience in UI testing (e.g., DevTools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to create and execute test plans.
- Superior time management, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet set timelines with minimal supervision.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
