Responsibilities

• Developing pre-sale content such as presentations, white papers, and success stories focusing on substance and messaging (visual design handled by a dedicated team).
• Conducting thorough market and company-specific research to identify challenges and opportunities relevant to potential clients.
• Translating research outcomes into well-structured, professional documents and presentation materials.
• Occasionally presenting pre-sales materials directly to clients, particularly at the C-level, effectively communicating complex insights and value propositions.
• Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of messaging and solution positioning.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Analysis or Pre-Sales related roles within IT services, system integration, or custom software development for 5+ years.
• Experience in each of two or more distinct industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecommunications) for 2+ years, demonstrating deep understanding of their business processes and typical IT solutions.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Experience in process modeling (BPMN), SWOT, PESTLE analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Experience crafting value propositions, ROI calculations, business case development, and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Ability to independently perform structured market research, competitor analysis, and client diagnostics using multiple sources (industry reports, financial statements, expert interviews).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills proven by prior client-facing presentations and professional documentation.
• Experience delivering presentations to C-level executives; ability to tailor messaging to senior stakeholders and address complex business challenges clearly and persuasively.
• Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Level of English – from Advanced and above.
