Andersen is hiring a Product Manager in the EU for a U.S. client. The role focuses on building and optimizing frontend apps, boosting performance, and enabling rapid digital transformation.

The company has completed over 100 successful digital transformations for industry leaders. It has revolutionized digital commerce with their API-first, microservices-driven architecture.
The project is focused on building and optimizing frontend applications with modern JavaScript frameworks, improving site performance, and enabling quick website modernization or mobile deployment through a cloud-based platform.
Responsibilities
- Defining and evolving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with customer needs and business goals.
- Driving end-to-end delivery by identifying opportunities, validating ideas, launching features, and iterating on results.
- Prioritizing initiatives and communicating trade-offs clearly using data, user insights, and business impact.
- Partnering with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions and seamless user experiences.
- Using behavioral data, research, and experimentation to guide product decisions, optimize funnels, and improve user flows.
- Leading sprint rituals, acting as Product Owner, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitoring key metrics, running A/B and multivariate tests, and analyzing performance to drive growth, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborating with peer PMs and stakeholders across the company to manage dependencies, align priorities, and share best practices.
- Communicating progress, wins, and learnings to stakeholders while contributing to a culture of experimentation and shared product knowledge.
Requirements
- Experience in digital product management for 4+ years, ideally in B2C subscription, eCommerce, or consumer tech.
- Strong track record of shipping impactful products in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Mastery of experimentation design and data-informed decision-making (Optimizely, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with customer research methods (surveys, interviews, segmentation, usability).
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks, subscription engines, payment systems, and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture.
- Comfort with analytics tools and metrics that matter: LTV, churn, retention, activation.
- Experience coordinating with architecture teams to navigate scalability and complexity.
- Ability to lead UX Outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
