Responsibilities

– Moderating and facilitating in-depth interviews with senior U.S. military veterans in technology leadership roles.

– Preparing interview questions aligned with military and technology themes.

– Ensuring smooth and professional flow of conversations during interviews.

– Capturing key insights and highlights from discussions for follow-up or reporting.

– Collaborating with the project team to align interview format and goals.

– Managing both virtual and in-person interview settings as needed.

– Writing posts for LinkedIn.

Requirements

– Strong journalistic interviewing and moderation skills.

– Deep understanding of U.S. military culture and specifics.

– Excellent verbal communication abilities and active listening techniques.

– Capability to build productive dialogue with top-level professionals, balancing respect and authority.

– Experience working with veteran communities is preferred.

– Organizational skills for coordinating interview logistics and preparation.

– Adaptability to various interview formats and styles.
