The IT company Andersen invites a Soft Skill Trainer to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Conducting individual meetings with employees on communication skills: presentations, public speaking, soft skills, clarifying requests and challenges, assessing current verbal and non-verbal communication practices, providing feedback;

– Filling out the corporate soft skills matrix;

– Determining the level of employee readiness in communication skills;

– Updating candidate preparation materials;

– Conducting group trainings on self-presentation and soft skills.

Requirements

– High level of literacy, strong erudition, and fast learning ability;

– Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), openness, and ability to motivate;

– Knowledge of andragogy and key learning methodologies;

– Ability to provide correct and effective feedback on training/learning outcomes;

– Skills in operational management, systematic problem-solving, analytical thinking, and well-reasoned argumentation;

– Charisma, proactive attitude, positive thinking, and focus on working with people.

– English language proficiency at Advanced level or higher.

Desired skills

– Possession of proprietary training programs and materials.
