Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist to optimize B2B marketing, streamline lead nurturing, and integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM.

The project is focused on implementing and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) to support B2B marketing initiatives. This includes designing and configuring automated lead nurturing processes, creating targeted email campaigns, and integrating Pardot with Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless data flow between marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Building and managing email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurture programs.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce CRM and Pardot.
- Developing automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Staying updated on best practices and new features of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
Requirements
- Experience in Marketing Automation for 3+ years.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) for 2+ years.
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing processes, lead generation, and demand generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, segmentation, lead nurturing, and scoring.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and its integration with Pardot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant certification.
