Responsibilities

• Analyzing, cleaning, and transforming complex datasets using advanced SQL and Python to deliver actionable business insights.
• Designing and executing statistical models, hypothesis tests, and A/B experiments to support data-driven decision-making.
• Building, training, and optimizing machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, deep learning) and deploying them into production.
• Developing document AI and Generative AI solutions, including OCR pipelines, RAG workflows, and intelligent document processing.
• Applying data governance principles to ensure compliance with frameworks and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA) while maintaining agility.
• Architecting and scaling data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) using serverless and containerized approaches.
• Creating clear, impactful data visualizations and interactive dashboards for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams across global locations, ensuring alignment on data strategy and solution delivery.
• Driving innovation in AI/ML while continuously improving data quality, system performance, and user adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in data-centric roles (Data Analyst, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, AI Developer) for 3+ years.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, document AI pipelines, OCR technologies, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Proficiency in building predictive models and deploying ML workflows following MLOps best practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid understanding of data governance, compliance frameworks, and security practices.
• Skilled in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn) with proven ability to communicate insights clearly.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in agile, distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, Machine Learning, or Generative AI (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Azure AI Engineer).
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
