Andersen is hiring a Junior Business Analyst in Europe to support a project enhancing SAP SuccessFactors HR solutions, streamlining compensation processes and improving efficiency for global organizations.
The customer is a highly specialized consulting provider focused on delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions. With a strong track record of over 600 global projects, they support organizations in optimizing human capital management processes. Their services span implementation, process improvement, and post-deployment support, with deep expertise in compensation, performance, and talent management modules.
The project is focused on enhancing cloud-based HR software to streamline compensation processes within SAP SuccessFactors. It delivers features like advanced analytics, automated accruals, incentive management, and budget transfers, helping organizations improve efficiency and optimize talent and compensation management.
Responsibilities
- Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Organizing, updating, and maintaining existing documentation.
- Detecting areas that need to be documented (i.e. recursive procedures).
- Preparing clear and structured documents to support system processes.
- Creating documentation for new implementations and system functionalities.
- Meeting with key stakeholders to gather needs, feedback, and requirements.
- Translating business and user needs into IT specifications, tasks, epics, and user stories.
- Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure effective delivery and system improvements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on SAP solutions for 1+ year.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or Recruiting.
- Participation in at least one full-cycle implementation or major enhancement project.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate them into effective system solutions.
- Technical skills in system configuration, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong business acumen and ability to bridge HR and IT perspectives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting system optimization, user training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
