QA Automation Engineer (C#)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a QA Automation Engineer (C#) to join a Texas-based financial cooperative, working on a loan platform with a focus on load and performance testing for each release.

The customer is a Texas-based cooperative financial institution offering loans for agriculture, real estate, housing, and equipment, along with crop insurance. With 67 offices across 192 counties, it supports farmers and rural communities while sharing returns with its member-owners.

The project is focused on developing a loan platform, currently in production, with each new release undergoing load and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Automating regression, smoke and sanity tests on the project,
• Speeding up the process of preparation for releases and helping with regression testing before the release.
• Conducting Perfromance and Loading testing.
• Working on new features automation testing and maintenance after regression, smoke, and sanity coverage.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Automation Engineer for 2+ years.
• Experience with С#.
• Proven experience with Load and Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with Regression Testing.
• Proactive personality with excellent soft skills.
• Strong self-management: ability to create tasks, set priorities, and provide transparent status reporting.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with fintech/payment integrations.
• Fluent Russian language skills (spoken and written).
