Andersen is hiring a QA Automation Engineer (Java) in India to work on large-scale internal projects.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with developers to identify and reproduce defects.
• Planning and managing test activities, including strategy, estimation, and prioritization.
• Analyzing and clarifying requirements with stakeholders.
• Creating, maintaining, and improving test cases and documentation.
• Performing functional, non-functional, regression, and cross-platform testing.
• Automating API and UI tests using Java-based frameworks.
• Reporting and validating defects, maintaining test documentation.
• Preparing weekly and monthly test reports.
• Continuously improving test processes and automation coverage.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Automation Engineer for 3+ years.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience with Selenium, Rest Assured, and TestNG.
• Hands-on experience with Postman, SOAP UI, and API testing (REST/SOAP).
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins) and test management tools (Jira, Confluence, Test Portal).
• Understanding of test design techniques, regression automation, and reporting best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and openness in collaboration.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate.
