Summary

Andersen is hiring a Project Manager in the EU to support and enhance a ServiceNow platform, improving stability, automation, integrations, and expanding features.

The customer is a global engineering and technology partner working across the mobility and industrial sectors. The company develops advanced software and system solutions for vehicles, powertrains, and emerging digital mobility services. With international teams and strong expertise in both hardware and software, it focuses on sustainable technologies, including electric mobility and intelligent automated systems.

The project is centered on enhancing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, focusing on stability, automation, integrations, and expanding functionality. Upcoming priorities include introducing AI-driven support features and implementing workplace service management capabilities such as workspace and equipment booking.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end project delivery on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
• Managing project planning, execution, and reporting, aligning deliverables with client expectations and internal capacity.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams (ServiceNow developers, architects, QA, and business analysts) to ensure smooth collaboration and timely issue resolution.
• Facilitating client communication, handling expectations, risks, and escalations with transparency and professionalism.
• Driving requirement clarification and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
• Maintaining project documentation: charters, timelines, risk registers, change logs, and progress reports.
• Collaborating with Service Delivery and Operations teams to ensure post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years.
• Hands-on experience leading ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, or integration projects.
• Proven track record working with enterprise clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in risk management, scope control, issue tracking, and prioritization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including facilitation and negotiation.
• Proactive, structured, organized mindset with a focus on delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
