Summary

Andersen is hiring a iOS Developer to enhance an enterprise event-management app, working with a modular Swift/Objective-C codebase and helping migrate it to modern iOS technologies.

The customer is a global provider of event management technology offering a platform for organizing corporate meetings, conferences, and hybrid or online events. Its tools support registration, agenda management, audience engagement, streaming, and analytics. The organization is recognized for its innovation and enables thousands of events each year across multiple regions.

The project is focused on developing and improving an enterprise meeting management platform that streamlines scheduling, collaboration, and document handling. It is built on a large mixed Swift/Objective-C codebase with modular architecture and is actively migrating to modern iOS technologies like SwiftUI, async/await, and Combine.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining an iOS application for managing organizations, documents, meetings, and tasks.
• Working with a mixed codebase (Swift + Objective-C) and participating in migration to modern technologies (SwiftUI, async/await, Combine).
• Implementing UI using UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Designing architecture based on Clean Architecture principles and patterns such as MVVM, Coordinator, Repository, as well as Protocol-Oriented Programming.
• Writing Unit and UI tests using Swift Testing and XCTest, including mocking.
• Participating in code reviews and refactoring legacy code.
• Configuring CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps) and managing dependencies (SPM, CocoaPods).
• Implementing analytics and monitoring (Firebase, Pendo) and working with logging systems.
• Following SOLID principles and writing testable code.

Requirements

• Experience as iOS Developer experience for 3+ years.
• Experience in Swift development and basic understanding of Objective-C.
• Knowledge of UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, Coordinator, and Clean Architecture.
• Understanding of Protocol-Oriented Programming and Dependency Injection.
• Experience working with Combine, Realm, and Keychain.
• Knowledge of modern Swift features such as async/await, concurrency, property wrappers, and generics.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and working with OAuth 2.0/JWT.
• Testing skills (Unit/UI) using XCTest or Swift Testing.
• Ability to work with Git and follow Git Flow.
• Willingness to work with a large codebase and support gradual migration.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics) and Pendo.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps).
• Experience with CocoaPods/SPM.
• Understanding of Deep Linking systems.
• Skills in analytics and logging.
• Experience refactoring legacy code.
• Ability to work in a team and participate in code reviews.
• Attention to code quality and testability.
