Andersen is hiring a Product Manager to enhance digital trading and wealth management features for a mobile-only bank, delivering data-driven investment products and improving user engagement.
The customer is a mobile-only digital bank offering modern financial services through an app-based experience. The organization provides features such as virtual cards, multi-currency accounts, savings tools, and goal-based financial planning, along with innovative products that support personal and group savings. Known for its user-centric approach and continuous product innovation, the bank has received industry recognition for digital excellence and customer experience.
The project is centered on developing and enhancing digital trading and wealth management products for a mobile-only banking platform. It focuses on delivering data-driven, compliant investment solutions — including mutual funds, bonds, equities, ETFs — while improving customer engagement and supporting the bank’s financial and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive market research to identify investment trends and competitor offerings in regional and international markets.
- Defining the strategic roadmap for digital wealth and trading propositions aligned with customer risk profiles.
- Identifying customer segments, behavioral insights, and emerging fintech opportunities to enhance the bank’s wealth offering.
- Benchmarking against global digital wealth platforms to maintain competitive advantage.
- Developing, launching, and enhancing trading and wealth management products integrated within the bank’s mobile ecosystem.
- Collaborating with technology, PMO, UAT, and QA teams to ensure seamless product delivery and compliance with digital UX standards.
- Managing digital onboarding, investment journeys, and automation for self-directed investments.
- Overseeing UAT planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews for all product releases.
- Conducting product performance tracking, identifying optimization and improvement areas.
- Owning product P&L and ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategic financial objectives.
- Defining pricing models, fees, and charges across wealth and trading products.
- Driving cross-sell and upsell initiatives using data analytics and personalized portfolio recommendations.
- Developing sales enablement materials and collaborating with marketing teams to drive digital acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Ensuring all products and investment services adhere to the regulatory frameworks of the Central Bank and internal governance policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date compliance with investment regulations, AML/KYC requirements, and data protection standards.
- Coordinating with legal, compliance, and risk teams to review product terms, disclosures, and customer communications.
- Engaging and managing third-party vendors, investment platforms, and advisory partners to expand product offerings.
- Working cross-functionally with Digital, CRM, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure delivery excellence.
- Acting as the key liaison for external consultants supporting the product roadmap.
- Designing and refining customer journeys to deliver a frictionless, intuitive, and personalized investment experience on the bank’s app.
- Introducing behavioral insights, gamification, and digital tools to drive long-term portfolio engagement.
- Gathering customer feedback and integrating enhancements that support digital wealth growth.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years.
- Еxperience in Retail, Digital Trading, Wealth Management products, or a similar business line for 3+ years.
- Deep knowledge of investment products (mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETFs, and sukuks).
- Analytical mindset with financial modeling and ROI assessment capabilities.
- Strong product lifecycle management skills, from ideation to launch and performance review.
- In-depth portfolio management experience, including portfolio analysis, revenue identification, cross-selling opportunities, and retention techniques in deposits and wealth management products.
- Bachelor’s degree or certification.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy, data-oriented, and customer-journey obsessed.
- Agile and adaptable to fast-paced digital banking environments.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
