The international IT сompany Andersen invites a Product Designer in the EU to join our dynamic and highly skilled professional team.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting user interviews.
  • Developing and implementing user interface design (creating concepts and layouts).
  • Defining digital design style and creating a UI kit with all elements.
  • Conducting concept demonstrations and gathering feedback.
  • Developing wireframes and prototypes.
  • Finding creative solutions to UX problems (e.g., usability).

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Designer for 3+ years.
  • Experience working in a full-cycle product team using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, and Jira.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics and ability to use them in design decisions.
  • Skills in conducting user testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present design decisions clearly.
  • Readiness to work in a team, independence, and ability to generate ideas and articulate the purpose behind solutions.
  • Portfolio demonstrating complex product work, covering all key stages of design including analysis, prototyping, and testing.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
  • Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with Motion Design.
