Andersen seeks a Salesforce Field Service Developer to build and enhance a digital platform for booking and managing household services, focusing on scheduling, workforce management, and a smooth customer experience.

The customer is a leading provider of household services in the Nordic region, delivering a broad range of solutions supported by advanced digital tools. With a strong operational footprint and thousands of employees, the company has developed both client-facing and internal mobile applications, implemented a cloud-based CRM system. It also places a strong emphasis on sustainability, employee inclusion, and continuous digital innovation to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.

The project is centered on developing and enhancing a digital platform for booking and managing household services, covering areas such as cleaning, moving assistance, handyman work, and gardening. The solution focuses on seamless customer booking, intelligent workforce assignment, automated scheduling, and customer support processes to ensure high service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce Field Service (FSL) to support scheduling, dispatching, work orders, and mobile workforce management.
  • Designing and implementing service workflows, automation, and business rules.
  • Customizing objects, flows, validation rules, and Lightning components related to Field Service.
  • Supporting integrations with external systems (ERP, IoT, third-party scheduling or inventory tools).
  • Optimizing technician mobile experience (Field Service Mobile App).
  • Participating in requirement gathering, solution design, and system documentation.
  • Providing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to existing Field Service solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service for 3+ years.
  • Strong understanding of service processes: work orders, service appointments, assets, contracts.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Automation, Reports, Dashboards).
  • Basic intermediate experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (for developer roles).
  • Analytical mindset, ability to work with business and technical teams.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+.

Desired skills

  • Experience working with integrations and APIs.
  • Salesforce Field Service certification.
