The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Consulting Director.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and coordinating the implementation of consulting projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks and achievement of set goals.
• Formulating and implementing the development strategy of the consulting department, including the definition of key areas and priorities of work.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and developing customized solutions.
• Analyzing the consulting services market, monitoring trends and competitors, adapting the department's strategies in accordance with changes.

Requirements

• Experience in management positions in the consulting industry for 5+ years.
• Understanding of technologies, trends and tools in the field of information technology, as well as the ability to apply them in consulting practice.
• Experience in Fintech or banking and understanding of the specifics of their business processes.
• Experience in developing strategies and approaches for successful implementation of consulting projects.
• Ability to analyze data and identify key problems and opportunities for clients based on the information obtained.
• Ability to build, develop and motivate a team of consultants, ensuring high performance.
• Level of English − from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
