Responsibilities
- Identifying and gathering requirements from various sources.
- Analyzing and documenting technical requirements from multiple stakeholders.
- Conducting business meetings and joint sessions focused on application and requirements development.
- Drawing up, reviewing, and systemizing project documentation related to process selection.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for business and software requirements.
- Helping maintain the roadmap and performing gap analysis.
- Collaborating closely with development teams.
- Analyzing risks and root causes of errors during system development.
- Designing APIs.
- Working with databases.
- Modeling the domain area (ER diagrams), business processes and algorithms (UML activity diagrams), functional capabilities (UML use case diagrams), and service interactions (UML sequence diagrams).
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies.
Requirements
- Commercial experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years.
- Experience in developing software documentation and understanding security best practices.
- Experience in modeling business processes using UML and BPMN.
- Knowledge of database structures and types, as well as experience writing SQL queries and working with databases.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and hands-on experience managing requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources.
- Experience in designing REST APIs.
- Ability to adapt approaches and methods based on changing stakeholders, conditions, circumstances, and feedback.
- Self-confidence and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with colleagues, partners, and customers.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Basic domain knowledge in banking, neo-banking, insurance, payments, or fintech in general.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
