Responsibilities

  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points.
  • Planning and executing user interviews, surveys, field studies, diary studies, and usability tests.
  • Analyzing research data, synthesizing insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations for product teams.
  • Creating research reports, user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks to clearly communicate findings.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to support discovery phases and prioritize user-centered improvements.
  • Validating design concepts and hypotheses through continuous user feedback and iterative testing cycles.
  • Establishing research processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Staying current with UX research methods, tools, and industry trends to elevate research quality and impact.

Requirements

  • Experience as a UX Researcher for 3+ years.
  • Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Hands-on experience conducting usability testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Ability to translate research insights into clear product recommendations.
  • Proficiency with research and testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, Lookback, Hotjar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering findings to cross-functional teams.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
