Andersen is looking for an DevOps Engineer (Azure) to support and optimize the infrastructure of a major insurance analytics platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and smooth automation for complex modelling and risk assessment workflows.
The customer is a global professional services organization that provides data-driven solutions in the areas of people management, risk advisory, and capital optimization. With a long international history and operations across numerous countries, the company supports enterprises and institutions with consulting, brokerage, and analytical services aimed at strengthening organizational resilience and performance.
The project is focused on supporting and enhancing the infrastructure of a desktop analytics platform widely used in the insurance industry. The team ensures the system remains stable, scalable, and automated, enabling accurate modelling, actuarial calculations, risk assessment, and data-driven pricing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
- Troubleshooting and administering Windows and Linux servers to ensure system reliability.
- Configuring and managing Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Puppet environments.
- Supporting C#.NET development workflows and related build/release processes.
- Deploying and operating solutions in Azure Cloud.
- Implementing and maintaining security practices for secure deployments.
- Working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Creating and maintaining automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Applying Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform or OpenTofu.
Requirements
- Experience in Azure DevOps and automation for 4+ years.
- Solid understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers and ensuring system reliability.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Puppet.
- Familiarity with C#.NET development workflows.
- Experience with Azure Cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of security tools and practices for secure deployments.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/OpenTofu.
