The international IT сompany Andersen invites a SysOps Engineer to work on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, monitoring, and maintaining server infrastructure, virtual machines, and cloud environments.
  • Configuring and supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environmental automation.
  • Ensuring system reliability, availability, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Monitoring system performance, investigating incidents, and resolving infrastructure-related issues.
  • Managing user access, security controls, and compliance configurations.
  • Maintaining documentation for environments, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborating with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure stable delivery and infrastructure consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience as a SysOps/Systems Administrator for 3+ years.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server administration.
  • Solid experience with Configuration Management tools (e.g. Ansible,Chef, Puppet).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including provisioning, monitoring, and resource optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Understanding of networking basics: DNS, VPN, routing, firewalls, load balancing.
  • Experience working with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar).
  • Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) for automation tasks.
  • Experience with backup strategies, incident management, and performance tuning.
  • English level – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
