Responsibilities

  • Leading the QA process across the project, ensuring testing coverage and product quality.
  • Planning and coordinating testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists).
  • Managing the defect lifecycle and prioritizing issues with development and product teams.
  • Mentoring QA engineers and supporting their professional growth.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define quality standards.
  • Participating in release planning and validating builds before deployment.
  • Identifying process gaps and driving improvements in the QA workflow.

Requirements

  • Experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer for 2.5+ years.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and QA best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with test design, test execution, and defect management tools.
  • Ability to plan, estimate, and coordinate testing activities across a team.
  • Solid experience with API testing, SQL, and basic technical investigation (logs, debugging tools).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence the team.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with automation tools or ability to review automation scripts.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes and quality metrics.
  • Knowledge of performance or security testing practices.
