Andersen is hiring a Project Manager in Dresden to support IT coordination and delivery for healthcare systems, ensuring efficient collaboration, stable operations, and process improvement.

The customer is a large organization operating in the healthcare domain and working with an extensive network of service providers. It supports the coordination of services, oversees quality and compliance processes, and drives the modernization of information systems. The organization focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring sustainable service delivery, and supporting long-term development initiatives aimed at broad accessibility.

The project is focused on strengthening IT teams by supporting coordination, analysis, and project management activities related to software development and operations within existing IT systems.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing and analyzing requirements, providing technical guidance to users, and creating implementation concepts.
  • Preparing specifications and defining structured task packages.
  • Creating and maintaining project and technical documentation.
  • Managing and leading software projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Coordinating users and developers during software implementation.
  • Participating in testing and validation of new software solutions.
  • Supporting the transition of developed software into production, including handover to system administrators and end users.
  • Supporting and coordinating IT processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • Experience in project and process management for 3+ years.
  • Completed studies in computer science, information technology or a comparable qualification.
  • Organizational talent and a broad understanding of service and service pro-processes.
  • User knowledge of relational database systems and SQL.
  • Openness to high IT compliance requirements.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of German – from Advanced and above.
