Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms, from concept to final implementation.
  • Conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and validate design solutions.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals and user expectations.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility.
  • Using data-driven insights and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable across devices and platforms.
  • Staying current with UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously elevate product quality.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Designer for 3+ years.
  • Proficient in Figma or other design tools.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Advocacy Design Approach).
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
