Responsibilities

• Analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.
• Developing, testing, and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Cleaning and preprocessing data to ensure its quality, consistency, and accuracy for analysis.
• Designing and implementing algorithms for predictive analytics and statistical modeling.
• Communicating findings through data visualizations, reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to align data analysis with business objectives.
• Continuously improving data models by experimenting with new features, algorithms, and techniques.
• Maintaining and enhancing data pipelines for efficient data processing and integration.
• Monitoring model performance in production and making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Scientist for 2+ years.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (R is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Experience in data manipulation and cleaning using tools like Pandas or Numpy.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, hypothesis testing).
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases; strong SQL skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
