Responsibilities

  • Designing, configuring, and maintaining end-to-end solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors platform in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
  • Configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, and Learning, with attention to EU localization needs.
  • Analyzing business and HR requirements and translating them into functional and technical SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, including organizational data, employee master data, and time- or payroll-related processes.
  • Developing and supporting integrations with external systems using standard SAP integration technologies (e.g. SAP Integration Suite, OData APIs).
  • Supporting the full project lifecycle: implementation, enhancements, rollouts, upgrades, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborating closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and successful delivery.
  • Performing system testing (unit and integration), supporting UAT activities, troubleshoot issues, and resolving defects.
  • Participating in S/4HANA transformation and landscape harmonization initiatives from an HR IT perspective.
  • Ensuring data security, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and local labor regulations.
  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation, configuration guides, and technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (functional or techno-functional) for 2+ years.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors architecture, data model, and core concepts.
  • Hands-on experience configuring one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules, with Employee Central as a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in enterprise landscapes integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA concepts relevant to HR processes (e.g. organizational structures, employee master data, integration touchpoints).
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations using OData APIs, SAP Integration Suite, or other middleware tools.
  • Understanding of REST-based integrations and data formats (XML, JSON).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and permissions (RBP).
  • Experience with testing activities, deployments, and production support in enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving situations.
  • Ability to take ownership of solutions and proactively drive topics to completion.
  • Strong communication skills and proven experience working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
