Andersen is hiring a Product Owner in India to lead digital product development, align solutions with customer needs, and drive value using data-driven insights and Agile practices.

Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
- Developing detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Defining and driving product vision and strategy for digital solutions in the automotive domain, prioritizing features based on customer needs, market trends, and data.
- Applying finance domain expertise (payments, billing, reporting, risk, compliance, regulations) within digital transformation initiatives.
- Deeply understanding customer problems through structured research, interviews, and feedback to shape product requirements.
- Using data and analytics to evaluate product performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics to support decision-making.
- Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business goals and product vision.
- Working closely with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales).
- Participating in testing phases, validating that solutions meet business requirements.
- Partnering with UX/design teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences and continuously improve products through user research and testing.
- Supporting project management activities, including planning, monitoring, reporting, and providing ongoing user support and consultation.
- Staying current with emerging automotive and digital trends, industry best practices, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar digital product management role, preferably within the automotive industry for 3+ years.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information and processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, effective with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and project management principles.
- Strong knowledge of customer research frameworks and data analysis tools.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
