The IT company Andersen invites a Tender Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

– Analysis of tender documentation (RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc.) and development of participation strategy.

– Conducting Go / No-Go analysis together with Sales, Delivery and Management teams.

– Full tender ownership from start to submission: control of deadlines and checkpoints, coordination of participants (Sales, Delivery, Tech team).

– Structuring and preparing commercial proposals, technical solution descriptions, methodology, work plans, timelines, risks.

– Gathering, consolidating, and proofreading materials from various stakeholders into a single, logical, and consistent document.

– Ensuring compliance with tender requirements (compliance check, compliance matrix).

– Managing client inquiries during the Q&A phase.

– Preparing cover letters, executive summaries, value propositions.

– Ensuring visual and storytelling quality of proposals (structure, logic, readability).

– Supporting proposal defense (clarifications, BAFO, negotiations — if required).

– Maintaining a knowledge base on tenders, templates, best practices and lessons learned.

– Analysis of lost / won tenders and development of recommendations to improve win-rate.

Requirements

– 1+ years of professional experience as a Tender Manager / Bid Manager / Presales Manager / Proposal Manager.

– Experience with international tenders (EU, UK, Middle East, Global) — strong advantage.

– Understanding of IT outsourcing/consulting (SDLC, delivery models, pricing models).

– Experience in large and complex tenders (enterprise, multi-stream, multi-vendor).

– Ability to read and interpret complex RFP/TOR/contract documents.

– Experience preparing Technical Proposals, Commercial Proposals, Methodology & Delivery Approach.

– Knowledge of contract models: T&M, Fixed Price, Dedicated Team, Hybrid.

– Basic understanding of IT solution architecture, delivery team roles, risk and dependency assessment.

– Experience working with compliance matrices and checklists.

– Strong communication and facilitation skills.

– Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

– High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

– Stress-resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines.

– Structured thinking and systematic approach.

– Prioritization and time-management skills.

– Ability to write in a clear, business-oriented, and client-focused language.

– English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
