The IT company Andersen invites a Deputy of AI Head of Services to join its team.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of where AI can be applied to processes in an Enterprise company;
• Analysis of current company processes and suggestions for its improvement;
• Own the end-end process, from recognizing the problem to implementing the solution;
• Build predictive models that are accurate and robust and that help our customers to utilize the core platform to the maximum extent;
• Interact with stakeholders to ensure design, integration, quality, and deployment expectations are being met,exceeded or non-compliance;
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are well-architected and can be successfully delivered.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge and experience in applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) platforms;
• Ability to solve complex business challenges using analytic algorithms and AI;
• Experience with design, build and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization;
• 5 years design/implementation/consulting experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning tools;
• 5 years of relevant experience in technology software delivery and/or project management or related consulting services;
• Experience in Large Language models, natural language processing (parsing, entity recognition and detection, text classification, etc.), language modeling, and data mining and statistics;
• Ability to articulate strategically about how AI can be used to drive business value. This requires an understanding of the business and its goals, as well as the ability to identify and prioritize AI use cases that align with those goals;
• Ability to communicate your ideas/code clearly through documents, presentation etc;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
