The IT company Andersen invites a Sales Operations Specialist to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM system to ensure data accuracy and usability for the sales team.
- Analyze current sales processes and recommend improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Create and manage dashboards and regular reports on sales metrics, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales rep performance.
- Manage onboarding and ongoing training of sales reps by providing tools, resources, and documentation.
- Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and alignment to support organizational goals.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies that improve team performance.
- Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Delivery and Sales team to align strategies.
- Track and monitor the sales department budget, support financial planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and ability to perform quantitative analysis, including data modeling, statistical analysis and forecasting.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience with budgeting and financial tracking.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Level of spoken and written English – Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
