The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Head of Delivery Excellence.

Responsibilities

– Studying, analyzing, and evaluating business processes.

– Implementing policies and procedures aimed at improving day-to-day operations.

– Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting client expectations, and managing stakeholder alignment.

– Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

– Handling internal department development tasks.

– Developing and implementing processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and the quality of delivered products or services.

– Managing risks and issues within projects, ensuring timely and high-quality task completion.

Requirements

– Experience in the IT industry for at least 7 years.

– Strong understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools.

– Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

– Planning skills and the ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.

– Experience preparing proposals, translating functional requirements into clear scope of work, and structuring and managing project resources based on client needs.

– Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

– Negotiation skills.

– English proficiency – at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
