Responsibilities

– Owning social growth outcomes: driving sessions from social channels and increasing returning readers, with weekly and monthly reporting based on clear KPIs.

– Developing and executing platform strategy: building a repeatable content system tailored for different social media platforms.

– Handling distribution packaging: rewriting headlines into platform-native hooks, crafting post bodies, and creating discussion prompts to boost engagement.

– Ensuring measurement and hygiene: enforcing UTM parameters on every link and maintaining a simple, effective analytics dashboard.

Requirements

– Strong editorial writing and framing skills: ability to convert complex health/tech topics into clear, discussion-driving posts without oversimplifying.

– Platform formatting expertise: knows how to structure posts for reach across different social media platforms (hooks, scannability, narrative), and iterates based on analytics.

– Analytics discipline: comfortable owning KPI dashboards tied to traffic and returning readers, and making data-informed decisions using GA4 and platform analytics.

– Experiment mindset: runs A/B-style tests, documents learnings, and builds repeatable playbooks across platforms.

– Proven track record of growing a media or content brand with a focus on website sessions, newsletter subscribers, or returning readers.

– Experience managing multi-platform expansion: starting with a focused approach, then strategically adding new channels with clear hypotheses and workload realism.

– English proficiency – at Intermediate level or higher.
