The international IT сompany Andersen, invites a responsible and organized Accountant to join its team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

– Managing payments: processing RUB and foreign currency payments, purchasing and selling currency, performing conversion operations, liaising with multiple banks.

– Recording banking transactions in accounting and management systems: processing and posting bank statements in 1C8 ("Human" configuration) to relevant accounts.

– Registering foreign currency contracts, recording changes and fulfillment of obligations under these contracts.

– Materials accounting: entering goods receipts (ТН), waybills (ТТН), and acceptance certificates.

– Performing reconciliations with counterparties, participating in inventory counts.

Requirements

– Higher education.

– Experience as an accountant for at least 3+ years.

– Experience working with banks, including currency operations (processing RUB and foreign currency payments, handling statements, currency purchase and sale, conversions), working with the NBRB portal.

– Experience with ТТН and ТН (receiving and writing off materials), conducting inventory.

– Accuracy, attention to detail, responsibility.

– Ability to work in a team.

– Ability to handle large volumes of information.

Desired skills

– Knowledge of English.
