Andersen is hiring a Project Manager to lead delivery of a mobile banking app and web admin panel, covering core digital banking features, secure authentication, payments, and system integrations.

The project is focused on delivering and supporting a cross-platform mobile banking application and a web-based admin panel, covering core digital banking features, secure authentication, payments, and integrations across mobile ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Managing the process of requirements gathering, analysis, and design (business analysts, designers, architect) and transferring refined requirements to a development team of 13+ specialists: backend, frontend, mobile, QA, DevOps, analysts, and architects.
- Preparing and maintaining the product roadmap.
- Establishing effective Agile/Kanban processes and maintaining communication with the client.
- Managing product priorities, dependencies, and risks across multiple development streams.
- Maintaining the project change log, ensuring that requirements and agreements with the customer comply with the contract terms and the agreed scope of work.
- Monitoring delivery timelines for product artifacts, including technical specifications, design, functional and non-functional requirements, user stories for development, and Architectural Decision Records (ADR).
- Managing the project budget, resource allocation, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Participating in architectural and product sessions together with tech leads and architects.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk matrices.
- Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of releases, maintaining predictability of outcomes.
- Coordinating work between development, security, infrastructure, analytics, and business teams.
- Communicating with stakeholders, including CPO, CTO, business customers, integrators, and external vendors.
- Effectively managing priorities — both personal and team priorities — and quickly reallocating tasks in response to changing requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in IT for 3+ years.
- Experience managing the development of microservices, clouds, and mobile solutions.
- Understanding SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in establishing and running Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Ability to work with technical teams (developers, DevOps engineers, architects) and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of API-first principles, microservices architecture, and data-driven approaches.
- Experience interacting with security, infrastructure, audit, and compliance teams.
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and maintain focus across multiple task streams and contexts.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to quickly structure complex tasks and requirements.
- Systems thinking and the ability to understand the connections between product goals, business requirements, and technical implementation.
- High attention to detail when working with requirements, documentation, and change management.
- Ability to work at a high pace and make decisions quickly without compromising quality.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
