Andersen is hiring a CAD/CAM Developer for a project enhancing a dental software application by redesigning system components and implementing new features to improve functionality and performance.
The customer is a marketing agency that helps solo marketers in the manufacturing sector by creating digital self-serve experiences and enhancing online presence. Their services include eCommerce support, content creation, SEO strategies, and customer journey mapping.
The project is focused on enhancing an existing dental application currently in production. The work includes redesigning parts of the system and implementing new features to improve functionality, usability, and overall product performance.
Responsibilities
- Investigating of the existing codebase.
- Providing feedback on its state, need of refactoring, issues, possibility of the reusability, etc.
- Developing of the new features.
- Refactoring.
Requirements
- Experience as a CAD/CAM Developer for 4+ years.
- Knowledge of the following programming languages: C++ and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in GUI and rendering technologies, including WebGL and Three.js.
- Experience working with React-based frontend applications (e.g., DMG Frontend, React 4.19.0).
- Experience working with legacy CAD/CAM modules and managing assets distributed via NPM tarballs.
- Experience working with WebAssembly artifacts compiled from C++, including integration with web applications.
- Experience working with NPM library sources, including JavaScript packages and source code management.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
