Product Designer in the EU

Andersen is hiring a Product Designer in the EU to design digital products and user experiences for international projects across industries such as FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering end-to-end product experiences across web and mobile platforms, from discovery and concept to final implementation.
• Participating in product discovery by conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and validate hypotheses.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product requirements and ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Using data, user feedback, and product metrics to iterate and continuously improve product experience.
• Contributing to and evolving the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and high quality across the product.
• Ensuring designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices and platforms.
• Staying up to date with product design practices, tools, and UX trends to continuously improve product quality.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer working on digital products for 3+ years.
• Strong proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advocate for user-centered design in cross-functional teams.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
