Summary

The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Head of Marketing Services.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms worldwide transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

– Selling marketing as a service, shaping the go-to-market strategy for marketing services.

– Building the service architecture: from client needs to packaging comprehensive solutions.

– Selling large-scale marketing projects.

– Negotiating with C-level executives (CEO, CMO).

– Personally leading sales of complex strategic projects.

– Developing and defending commercial proposals.

– Structuring the marketing architecture for clients: funnels, attribution, unit economics, channels.

– Deeply understanding the client’s business, their products, and key metrics.

– Training and sharing expertise with the internal team (optional but preferred).

– Coordinating cross-functional teams (delivery, internal marketing, recruiting).

– Taking full ownership of project delivery and client satisfaction.

– Providing regular reporting to top management.

Requirements

– Proven track record in selling large-scale marketing contracts.

– Experience negotiating at C-level in large companies.

– Deep understanding of marketing architecture: sales funnels, attribution models, unit economics, performance metrics.

– Strong expertise in at least one domain: finance and banking (mandatory).

– Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing.

– A portfolio of successfully closed major marketing deals.

– Ability to package complex expertise into client value and sell it effectively.

– Resourcefulness and proactivity; experience in building and leading teams.

– Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

– English proficiency at Advanced level or higher.
