Senior 1C Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Senior 1C Analyst for a project validating migration to a standard enterprise system, modeling business processes, and assessing reporting coverage and gaps.

The customer is a large international company in the agro-industrial sector, operating a vertically integrated business that covers the full cycle from raw materials to finished products and distribution. The organization manages multiple enterprises within a unified ecosystem and focuses on scaling operations, optimizing supply chains, and improving efficiency through digital transformation, including the implementation of enterprise systems, automation, and data-driven solutions.

The project is focused on validating the transition from a custom consolidation system to a standard enterprise solution. It involves modeling key business processes and reporting to assess functional coverage, identify gaps, and establish a foundation for further implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Performing technical design: describing tasks, product use cases, and estimating effort.
• Preparing methodological materials: demos, instructions, and user guides.
• Conducting audits, analysis, optimization, and modeling business processes.
• Testing implemented functionality.

Requirements

• Experience as a 1C Analyst for 5+ years.
• Experience as a Functional Architect or Lead Consultant for automated systems based on the 1C platform.
• Experience in IT or consulting, working with corporate 1C products.
• Knowledge of functional capabilities and hands-on experience with 1C:Holding Management and 1C:Accounting CORP.
• Portfolio experience with Holding Management projects involving IFRS implementation (knowledge of IFRS-related functionality in the configuration).
• Knowledge of 1C functionality for generating IFRS postings based on local accounting data, transferring data from various 1C subsystems to IFRS, and maintaining accounting across multiple charts of accounts (local GAAP, IFRS).
• Understanding of methodologies for parallel accounting in 1C, enabling recording of transactions under both local GAAP and IFRS within a single system.
• Knowledge of principles for building configurations on the 1C platform, working with metadata objects, and approaches to ensuring functional integration.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
