Summary

Andersen is hiring a 1C Analyst for a project improving enterprise systems through UX analysis and unified UI design to simplify user journeys and enhance efficiency.

The customer is a large organization operating within the production and supply sector, managing multiple interconnected business areas. It focuses on end-to-end processes, maintains a stable market presence, and continuously works on scaling operations and improving efficiency through technology and long-term development initiatives.

The project is focused on improving the usability of existing enterprise systems by conducting UX analysis and designing a unified UI concept. It aims to simplify user journeys and enhance efficiency while working within platform constraints.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Performing technical design: describing tasks, using cases, and estimating the effort required.
• Preparing methodological materials: demos, instructions, and user guides.
• Conducting audits, analysis, optimization, and modeling business processes.
• Testing developed functionality.

Requirements

• Experience as a 1C Analyst for 2+ years; experience with Document Management (EDO) / CRM.
• Experience in integrations and testing.
• Experience in enhancing 1C integrations with external systems via API.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
