QA Analyst

Summary

Andersen is seeking a QA Analyst for a project enhancing a travel web platform, ensuring quality, and improving system performance and user experience.

The customer is a technology-driven company in the travel sector, providing a comprehensive booking and procurement platform for industry professionals. Its solutions support large transaction volumes, integrate with a wide network of partners, and offer tools that streamline operations and enhance productivity. Focused on innovation and scalability, the customer continues to expand its ecosystem, strengthen partnerships, and improve data accuracy to deliver a modern digital infrastructure for the travel value chain.

The project is focused on enhancing an existing web platform in the travel services domain for the North American market, improving functionality, performance, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing API, UI, and regression testing.
• Creating and documenting test cases aligned with user stories.
• Reporting and investigating bugs with clear steps and descriptions.
• Preparing and maintaining detailed QA documentation, including test plans and reports.
• Analyzing test results and collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
• Developing and maintaining QA standards, processes, and scripts for new and existing features.
• Ensuring software meets business requirements, user needs, and system goals.
• Communicating test progress, risks, and results to project team members.
• Actively participating in team meetings, offering suggestions and feedback to improve quality.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Analyst for 2+ years.
• API testing experience (Postman, Swagger, curl, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to test from both technical and user perspectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Familiarity with Xray.
