Head of Projects

Summary

The IT company Andersen is currently in search of a Head of Projects.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms worldwide transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

– Responsibility for delivering all projects on time and within budget, while meeting and managing client expectations.

– Interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

– Development and implementation of processes and methodologies to improve team productivity and the quality of delivered products or services.

– Management of project risks and issues, ensuring timely and high-quality task completion.

Requirements

– Experience in the IT industry for at least 7 years.

– Strong understanding of project management, including various methodologies and tools.

– Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

– Planning skills and the ability to quickly switch between projects without losing focus.

– Experience preparing proposals, translating functional requirements into clear scope of work, and structuring and managing project resources based on client needs.

– Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

– Negotiation skills.

– English proficiency – at Intermediate level or higher.
