Summary

Andersen is hiring a Senior AI Engineer for a project enhancing data and AI platform, improving analytics, data quality, and large-scale supply chain operations.

The customer is a large international company operating in the commodities and supply chain sector, managing complex processes across sourcing, production, logistics, and global distribution. The business is focused on sustainability, efficiency, and innovation, while actively investing in digital transformation, cloud technologies, data platforms, automation, and analytics. The project focuses on enhancing and optimizing the client’s existing data and AI platform within the agriculture and commodities domain. The team will work with large-scale datasets related to crop production, supply chains, and sales operations to improve data quality, accessibility, and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI/ML solutions, leveraging Azure AI Services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Azure-based data platforms.
• Building and automating MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows for AI systems, reducing manual effort and ensuring reliable model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Collaborating closely with data scientists to align solutions with AI solution architecture best practices, including model development, deployment, and optimization on Azure.
• Integrating AI orchestration tools and frameworks such as MCP, n8n, dify, and Ollama into end-to-end machine learning and generative AI workflows.
• Implementing and enforcing Responsible AI and governance practices, ensuring compliance, model transparency, and risk mitigation across the full AI lifecycle.
• Designing and maintaining integrations between AI solutions and Azure data and application services, enabling seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Managing incidents and production issues end-to-end, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to improve system reliability.
• Contributing to the overall AI/ML system architecture, focusing on scalability, security, and performance optimization within Azure environments.
• Developing and optimizing solutions in NLP and Computer Vision domains, ensuring efficient model performance and deployment in production environments.

Requirements

• Experience as an AI Specialist or in a similar role for 7+ years.
• Strong expertise in the Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with AI orchestration and automation tools such as MCP, n8n, Dify, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Ollama.
• Proven experience in AI Solution Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
• Experience with model deployment, optimization, and scaling on Azure.
• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Azure Data Services and Azure App Services.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD for AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
