Go Developer (Kazakhstan)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Go Developer (Kazakhstan) for a project building a next-generation business banking app with microservices and modern digital features.

The project is focused on developing a next-generation business banking mobile application based on microservices architecture. It includes building new features, integrating modern technologies, and preparing the migration of corporate clients from the legacy platform to the new solution.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining microservices: developing new microservices in Go.
• Integrating with external systems: developing and maintaining APIs.
• Working with databases: designing and optimizing database schemas.
• Containerization and orchestration.
• Ensuring code quality.
• Monitoring and logging.
• Participating in CI/CD processes: setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborating with the team.
• Performance and security testing.
• Documentation.

Requirements

• Mandatory experience: Experience as a Developer for 3+ years.
• Experience in developing high-load and distributed systems.
• Experience with financial systems or payment platforms.
• Experience in a Senior Developer or Team Lead role.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience in developing and deploying microservices in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Core technologies: strong knowledge of the Go programming language.
• Experience with Go frameworks and libraries (e.g., Gin, Echo).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with relevant tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of security principles and best practices in software development.
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
