Network Infrastructure Administrator

The IT company Andersen invites a Network Infrastructure Administrator to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Supporting and administering various types of VPN tunnels: IPSec, SSL, L2TP, OpenVPN, xRay, Wireguard.

– Configuring, monitoring, and managing VPN servers and clients to ensure secure remote access.

– Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in administering network devices (routers, switches) and routing (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, TCP/IP, etc.).

– Ensuring VPN connection security: setting up encryption, user authentication, and access control.

– Configuring and managing network services: DNS, DHCP, VLAN, GRE, security protocols.

– Managing and configuring firewalls (Firewall, IPTables, UFW, pfSense) and other network security solutions (RADIUS, PacketFence).

– Configuring load balancers (HAProxy, Nginx, Apache) and ensuring High Availability.

– Administering Windows servers and Linux servers.

– Monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure performance using monitoring tools.

– Ensuring infrastructure compliance with internal security standards and external requirements.

Requirements

– Hands-on experience in network infrastructure administration for at least 3 years.

– Experience with VPN technologies: IPSec, SSL, L2TP, OpenVPN, as well as newer solutions like xRay, Wireguard.

– Deep knowledge and experience configuring network devices and routing: working with OSPF, BGP, MPLS, TCP/IP, and other network protocols.

– Experience with network technologies: DNS, DHCP, VLAN, GRE, OSPF, TCP/IP, VRRP, VRF, Firewall, IPTables, UFW, pfSense, MikroTik RouterBOARD.

– Experience in system administration of Windows (Active Directory, GPO, RDS, WSUS, IIS, NPC, RSAT, WinRM) and Linux (FreeIPA, Samba, SSSD, ZFS).

– Experience with infrastructure monitoring: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana.

– Experience writing scripts and automating tasks using Bash and PowerShell.

– English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
