Summary

Andersen is hiring an SAP HCM Consultant in the EU to implement and support enterprise SAP solutions for large-scale digital transformation projects.

The project is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise SAP solutions within cloud-based and hybrid environments for large-scale organizations. It aims to optimize end-to-end business processes across finance, supply chain, sales, manufacturing, HR, and analytics domains.

Responsibilities

  • Configuring payroll schemes and HR structures.
  • Maintaining PA/OM organizational and employee data.
  • Managing time management processes (PT).
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Troubleshooting payroll and HR issues.
  • Conducting HR workshops and requirement gathering.
  • Supporting system enhancements and updates.

Requirements

  • Experience in SAP HCM with a strong HR background for 5+ years.
  • Experience with PA, OM, PT, PY (country-specific, e.g. PY-DE).
  • Strong expertise in Payroll schemas and PCR rules.
  • Knowledge of legal reporting and compliance requirements.
  • Integration with FI and SuccessFactors.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
