The customer is a large financial institution serving millions of retail and corporate clients. The project is focused on developing a CRM solution that provides a unified workspace for customer care center employees. It aims to improve customer support processes, streamline communication, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Performing functional, integration, system, and regression testing of the CRM system.
• Verifying implemented functionality against business and technical requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Preparing and maintaining test documentation: test cases, checklists, test plans, and bug reports.
• Accepting tasks from developers, performing smoke/regression testing, and conducting retesting after defect fixes.
• Identifying, localizing, documenting, and tracking defect resolution in Jira, TestRail, and other systems.
• Performing API and integration testing using Postman and Swagger, validating correct data exchange between systems.
• Analyzing logs and diagnosing issues using Kibana, Grafana, and Sentry.
• Executing SQL queries for database validation and data verification.
• Collaborating with analysts, developers, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve defects promptly.
• Participating in Agile team processes and supporting release quality within CI/CD workflows.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Engineer for 2+ years.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Knowledge of testing types: functional, integration, regression, system, load testing (at the planning level), and UI/UX testing.
• Experience in creating test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports, and test plans.
• Proficiency in test design techniques: equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables, state transition testing, and pairwise testing.
• Understanding of risk-based testing and test prioritization principles.
• Experience working with bug-tracking systems: Jira, YouTrack, Trello.
• Experience working with test management tools: TestRail, Zephyr, Qase.
• Experience working with version control systems: Git, GitLab, GitHub.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, Swagger, Charles, and Fiddler.
• Experience working with logging and monitoring tools: Kibana, Grafana, Sentry.
• Basic knowledge of SQL: SELECT, JOIN, filtering, and data aggregation.
• Understanding of client-server architecture.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals: HTTP/HTTPS, REST, WebSocket, cookies, and sessions.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and command-line tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and build system principles.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
