Andersen is hiring a SF Engineer (Revenue Cloud) for a project developing Salesforce solutions for revenue operations, invoicing, payments, and commercial workflows.
The customer is an international company specializing in technology consulting and business process improvement. The company helps organizations enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives through modern technology solutions, system integrations, and process automation across various business domains.
The project is focused on developing and supporting Salesforce solutions for commercial transaction flows and revenue operations. It includes implementing processes related to offer management, contracting, invoicing, payments, and post-sale workflows to ensure accurate and scalable business operations.
Responsibilities
- Implementing Salesforce functionality related to offers, pricing, approvals, contracts, and booking/order activation.
- Supporting configuration and customization of commercial workflows, including contract terms, restrictions, and approvals.
- Building logic for booking confirmations, deposits/advances, initial tax/payment setup, and subsequent booking changes.
- Supporting billing and payment-related processes such as invoicing, balance tracking, refunds, disputes, and overdue handling.
- Contributing to workflows supporting royalty-related commercial data and settlement preparation.
- Handling exception scenarios such as cancellations, pricing changes, venue/date changes, and amendments.
- Integrating revenue-related processes with upstream intake/approval flows and downstream finance operations.
- Pricing and commercial rule implementation.
- Contracting and booking lifecycle automation.
- Billing-adjacent platform logic and integration support.
Requirements
- Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform for 3+ years.
- Strong knowledge of Apex for backend logic development.
- Experience working with SOQL for data querying.
- Experience building and customizing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Understanding of core Salesforce data modeling concepts.
- Experience working with Salesforce objects and relationships.
- Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security models, including roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Experience working with APIs, including REST and SOAP.
- Experience with basic system integrations.
- Experience connecting Salesforce solutions with external systems.
- Experience with Experience Cloud or building portals for external users.
- Understanding of authenticated external access scenarios.
- Understanding of standard business processes, including order management and account structures.
- Understanding of basic sales flows and business operations.
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
- Experience working with Salesforce DX.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and development workflows.
- Ability to contribute to both backend and frontend development tasks.
- Ability to work in structured, process-driven environments.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Basic exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Understanding of B2B commerce flows, carts, and pricing models.
- Experience with Experience Cloud customization for external user portals.
- Familiarity with advanced integration patterns, including event-driven architecture.
- Experience working with middleware solutions such as MuleSoft.
- Understanding of B2B-specific concepts, including account hierarchies and buyer groups.
- Familiarity with contract-based pricing models.
- Experience working in complex or enterprise-level environments.
- Understanding of structured business processes, including approvals, order lifecycles, and fulfillment flows.
- Knowledge of testing practices, including unit testing and test coverage strategies.
- Understanding of performance optimization considerations within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with basic DevOps practices for Salesforce development.
