Andersen is hiring an FSC Salesforce Developer for a project implementing Salesforce solutions and supporting digital transformation in retail banking.
The customer is an international company providing technology and consulting services for enterprise clients. The organization focuses on supporting business growth and operational improvement through modern digital solutions, process optimization, and innovative IT services. The company works on large-scale initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
The project is focused on implementing Salesforce solutions for a retail banking environment, supporting financial services processes and digital transformation initiatives. It includes improving system reliability, enhancing delivery quality, and stabilizing ongoing development activities.
Responsibilities
- Developing and configuring Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud for retail banking use cases.
- Working with existing product teams to stabilize and accelerate ongoing Salesforce initiatives.
- Actively participating in daily communication, refinement sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensuring transparency of progress, working hours, and delivery status.
- Supporting transition and onboarding to replace current underperforming resources.
Requirements
- Salesforce development background for 2+ years.
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
- Experience working with banking / financial services clients.
- Strong communication skills and active participation in meetings.
- Availability to work full-time, aligned with South Africa time zone (GMT+2).
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Official FSC accreditation / certification.
- OmniStudio certification or solid practical experience.
- Previous work in consulting or vendor-based delivery models.
- Experience joining projects that are already in progress (“crisis replacement” scenario).
- Potential to grow into a technical lead / key senior contributor role over time.
